Watching the months on inventory column is very interesting.... I would suspect since there is still so much to build out in this subdivision that this number will not go down much over the next couple of years....

Your right Melissa.  They are still building a lot of new houses.  Those that are hurting the most are the ones who only bought 2 years ago and now need to sell.  The high inventory and the fact that new homes are being built identical to theirs brings down the value of the home.
