Citadel Bulldogs Football Schedule 2008

 

 

The Citadel Bulldogs open their season on Saturday, August 30th in the revitalized Johnson Hagood Stadium.  The now features:

  • New grandstands with premier seating sections.
  • Enhanced press tower and skyboxes featuring two levels of executive suites.
  • Luxury club-level seats and a club lounge with catering capabilities.
  • Two large outdoor club-level terraces overlooking the football field and the Ashley River .
  • New scoreboard, video screen and sound system.
  • Spacious, attractive entrance plaza with enhanced accessibility
  • Readiness Center for the South Carolina National Guard

Camelot Village, Goose Creek SC Homes Sold Statistics

Camelot Village is one of the first subdivisions you drive by as you are coming into Goose Creek on Hwy 52 from North Charleston.  Some of the older homes in the community date back to the early 1960's but the neighborhood also has newer homes built as late as 2001.  As with most established neighborhoods, most of the homes have much more spacing between them and offer a larger lot than most new construction.  There is also no HOA fee and little to no restrictions. 

Currently homes prices in Camelot Village range from $104,000 for an 1100 square foot house to $163,000 for a 1500 square foot house.

Crowfield Plantation in Goose Creek SC

Crowfield Plantation is a vibrant community in Goose Creek South Carolina, a suburb of Charleston.  Crowfield is the largest community of its kind in the Charleston metropolitan and is comprised of 27 subsections/neighborhoods.  It is centrally located with easy access to downtown, Charleston Air Force Base, and The Navy Weapons Station.  The early neighborhoods began being built in the late 1970's and early 1980's by WestVaco Development Corporation.  The neighborhoods development continued through the new century and while most of it is complete there are still a few new homes being built in a few neighborhoods. Crowfield has 4 pools, two tennis courts, a lake, six parks, a golf course and 26 miles of leisure trails.  Note that access to some amenities may require a fee.

Crowfield Plantation - The Hamlets

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The largest community in the Charleston SC metro is also one of the most desired.  Located in the suburban town of Goose Creek, Crowfield Plantation offers a wide variety of homes in a wide price range.  One of the more prestigious subsections within Crowfield Plantation is The Hamlets.   Currently (8/19/2008) there are 39 homes in The Hamlets on the market with prices ranging from 242K to 570K. 

A few of the biggest highlights of the subsection are Lake Crowfield and the Crowfield Golf and Country Club.  Lake Crowfield is a relatively small lake that runs adjacent to The Hamlets and is in the center of Crowfield Plantation.  The lake does not allow motored water craft but does allow canoes and/or paddle boats. 

Crowfield Golf Course is situated right in the middle of The Hamlets and twists and turns its way throughout the community.  It is a public 18 hole golf course that stretches some 7000 yards.  The Crowfield Golf and Country Club  also includes a pro shop, driving range, putting green, pool, tennis courts, and a grill in the club house. 

There are a multitude of homes located right on the golf course.  There is even a small gatted community within  The Hamlets called Lions Gate which caters to those who are willing to pay just a little more for their home for the privacy of a gated community.
